The website works best with browsers Firefox, Chrome Opera and the new Edge . Safari have some quirks but generally works. Internet Explorer (IE) may not work but Microsoft has discouraged the use of the browser. If you encounter any problem using the web shop, send us an email to
The use of the shop is fairly simple:
- Browse categories to find a product that gains your interest.
- Open the product of interest to show product details.
- Before "adding to cart" , select the desired color, size and/or cover-design if available.
- Continue browsing for more products or open "CART" to show added products.
- If not yet done, enter billing details and shipping details, if different from billing. Enter a valid email address!!
- To finalize order, select payment method, shipping method and check the Terms-of-Service box.
- Select "Check Out Now". Your order details will be checked (Agree to the Terms Of Service)
- Confirm order. Pay according selected payment option. An email should be sent with the confirmed order details.
Please be patient when browsing the site If the browser takes too long (30 sec) displaying items or categories try to refresh the page. The cart checkout may take some time while processing the items.
If the Cart side panel is bugging you, click on the cart-icon to retract the panel.
Payment
The currency selector is for your reference, We can only accept payments in United State Dollars or Euro's. Two payment option are available:
- Paypal can process credit cards or send payment from your Paypal account,
- Bank transfer to our bank account
Delivery
Be aware that all products are on "made-to-order" basis. This means product will be made as soon as orders are confirmed and payment received. Time to delivery depends on quantity of order and mode of delivery. Production is mostly done by hand with few machinery. It can take days to weeks to complete. Together with the selected delivery, payment mode add more days to weeks before your order arrives. If you order products for certain events, it is advised to order at least two months ahead of event-date. Applicable tax (import tax, VAT, sale tax etc..) is at the account of the receiver/shopper.
Orders are shipped from Philippines directly to the customer. three shipping options are available;
- Philpost is the regular mail company of the Philippines. Send by AIR or over land/sea. Maximum 20Kg
- International courier: Our preferred courier is UPS Philippines. Maximum 20Kg
- Shipments larger than 20Kg should be sent using a forwarder.
Shipping options are displayed after shopper's billing details have been entered, in particular the "Country" entry.
If you have an account with your own preferred courier, mention it on the "Notes and special requests" space on the bottom of the CART page or email us and we will let you know of the possibility.
Colors and Sizes
The color selection is what we think suites best with the items. However you may have a different idea or need a specific color for an event. We can produce items with customized colors. Select from this Pantone website the color(s) you need and include the color-code in the orders. Please select "UNCOATED" colors. We'll try to match the color as close as possible to the ordered items.
Picture sizes differ from country to country. If you require a specific size, let us know.
Custom orders
We are open to custom designs or modifications of the available products. Email your requests, with detailed description and drawings, and we will evaluate the possibilities and pricing. Sending samples at minimum cost.
