The company has been helping build lives since 1996. Several children were already put through college; over a hundred people are provided with jobs, which in turn alleviates them from the country’s worsening poverty level. With the worsening conditions for business in the country (Philippines), the company now facing problems coping to meet the country’s labor standards. This is one of the reasons why, we propose to provide a Social Product, which would benefit the company’s workers/stakeholders.

Pricing of each Social Product would be highly concentrated over the labor cost, which will provide added income for each worker. This would then let our company , with its social mission, have the differentiation over other handmade paper items sold by other companies from different countries. It would explain why we are priced higher than other companies selling similar handmade paper products. Our products would then contain slogans like “helping build communities.” Hopefully, this project would materialize for us to be able to make a conscious effort in overcoming the odds of the current and worsening business conditions in the country (Philippines) today.
